Shoulder Massage
To ease your neck and shoulders, ask your partner to massage them for you. Your partner's fingers should be placed over your shoulders, without squeezing, so the thumbs are free to gently knead and press. The thumbs can circle, press and squeeze the muscles, starting about an inch nut from the spine on either side.
