Shoulder and Arm
Move to your partner's side and pick up the arm. supporting the wrist and elbow (left). Place the arm behind your partner's back, so the shoulder blade is exposed. Supporting the shoulder with one hand underneath, with the other, work round the shoulder blade (below, left). Using the flat of your hand to follow the contour, begin at the top of the shoulder and pull round. Work right round to the shoulder joint, and after completing the stroke several times, slide down to the band. Pick up the arm. again supporting the wrist and elbow, and return the arm gently to your partner's side. Starting at the shoulder, use very light brush strokes to trickle down the arm to the fingertips (above right). In a movement like a waterfall, repeat this many times. The stroke, should be quite defined. Kneel at your partner's head and ask him to slowly turn it, using your hands gently as a guide. With the head turned (right), you are ready to repeat the movements on the other shoulder.
