Relaxation
Before starting a massage it is important to tune into how you and your partner feel. Take all the time you need to relax together. When you are ready, try some gentle breathing to relax your mind and body. Lying on your back, knees bent, place your hands on your abdomen (top right). Simply allow your body to breathe naturally, feeling the rise and fall of your hands. After free or ten minutes, move and let each part of your body relax in turn. Then drawing your knees up to your chest, spread your amis, and slowly lower your left leg, and then your right leg, to the floor (bottom right). Next do this in reverse. This gives a wonderful stretch but does not strain
